What is Alternate Dispute Resolution : Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the procedure for settling disputes without litigation.
ADR procedures are usually less costly and more expeditious.
Various Mechanisms of ADR are :
Arbitration - A process similar to an informal trial where an impartial third party hears each side of a dispute and issues a decision; the parties may agree to have the decision be binding or non-binding
Mediation - A collaborative process where a mediator works with the parties to come to a mutually agreeable solution; mediation is usually non-binding
Conciliation: Conciliation is the process of facilitating an amicable settlement between the parties. Unlike the Arbitration there is no determination of a dispute. There need not be a prior agreement and it cannot be forced on a party not intending for conciliation.
3)‘WINGS INDIA 2018’ :- The four-day biennial event ‘WINGS INDIA 2018 ‘, jointly organized by Ministry of Civil Aviation and Airport Authority of India and FICCI got underway in Hyderabad.
WINGS INDIA 2018 is a platform for interactions, forging alliances, investments and air connectivity between the States and the global aviation players & stakeholders.
