1)Opening a Global business summit in Hyderabad, US President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi were joined by a robot named Mitra.

3)The government on Tuesday said that it had appointed B.N. Sharma as the First Chairman of the National Antiprofiteering Authority (NAA), which is tasked with ensuring the benefits of the Goods and Services Tax are passed on to consumers.

Antiprofiteering Clause is there in the GST which means Businesses and corporates will transfer the benefits to its customers. (Benefits like increase in Profit, tax credits, tax savings etc).

4)India’s First Confucius Classroom, a centre for teaching Chinese language and culture, was inaugurated by the Consul General of China in Kolkata.

The centre is a joint venture between the Yunan Normal University of China and a Kolkata based private institute that has been receiving support from the Consulate General of China in terms of student exchange programmes.

5)Health Ministry and ICMR launch India Hypertension Management Initiative (IHMI) :- 

The IHMI aims to reduce disability and death related to cardiovascular disease (CVD), the leading cause of death in India, by improving the control of high blood pressure (hypertension), reducing salt consumption and eliminating artificial trans-fats, leading risk factors for CVD.

6) 120 BPM’ or ‘120 Beats Per Minute’ has won the coveted Golden Peacock Award at the 48th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), which concluded in Goa on November 28.
