1)India & China navies rescued a highjacked cargo ship:- Showing Great Valour and Cooperation Navies of India and China together saved a Highjacked Bulk Cargo ship.

The Cargo Ship gave a distress call from the Gulf of Aden.

Indian Navy ships Mumbai, Tarkash, Trishul and Aditya, proceeding on deployment to the Mediterranean and passing through the Gulf of Aden, responded to the call and rapidly closed in on the merchant vessel.


2)Today in the Newspaper name "HOYSALA" Came. So lets Learn about the Hoysala Dynasty:-

What was the News:- PINK HOYSALAS , Colour Coded Police Vehicles will be introduced especially for the Safety of Women.

The Hoysala empire was a prominent Southern Indian Kannadiga empire that ruled most of the modern-day state of Karnataka between the 10th and the 14th centuries. The capital of the Hoysalas was initially located at Belur but was later moved to Halebidu.

The empire is remembered today primarily for its temple architecture.

Their architectural style, an offshoot of the Western Chalukya style,shows distinct Dravidian influences. The Hoysala architecture style is described as Karnata Dravida as distinguished from the traditional Dravida,and is considered an independent architectural tradition with many unique features.

The Prominent Religion under them were Hinduism and Jainism.

A special difference between Hoysala and Chalukya art:- The Hoysala artists ornamented both top and surface of the pillars while Chalukya artists left the top plain and decorated only the surface.

3) A museum dedicated especially to  Jayprakash Narayan along with events of the recent years of Democracy has been constructed by the Lucknow Development Authority which has been called the Museum of Socialism.

4)AICTE all set to release model exam format:- The All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is all set to release a model examination format to technical education institutions to test the students’ understanding of concepts and skills.

AICTE expects that the Final Exams Conducted by the Institutes should test the understanding of the concepts and the skills and not just the subject Knowledge.

Some Other Reforms as Per AICTE:-


  • AICTE also said that the Curriculum will be revised annually. For this Purpose every AICte Afiliated University shall constitute a Subject wise Industry Consultation Committee.


  • Teachers in technical institutions will also be required to mandatorily undergo an annual online refresher course through SWAYAM Portal to ensure better quality in teaching.


  • Heads of institutions will also have to undergo leadership training also through SWAYAM Portal.


What is SWAYAM:= SWAYAM or Study Webs of Active –Learning for Young Aspiring Minds programme of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Professors of centrally funded institutions like IITs, IIMs, central universities will offer online courses to citizens of India.

5)The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will inaugurate the exhibition entitled ‘‘Swachhagraha “Bapu Ko Karyanjali”-A Mission, An Exhibition’ on the occasion of 100th Anniversary of Champaran Satyagrah tomorrow in National Archives of India (NAI).

The Champaran peasant movement was launched in 1917. 
It was the First Civil Disobedience of Mahatma Gandhi in India.
It was against Indigo Plantation and the Tinkathiya System.

6)The Union Home Minister, inaugurated the web portal and mobile application named “Bharat ke Veer” on the occasion of Valour Day of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) here today.

The portal is an IT based platform, with an objective to enable willing donors to contribute towards the family of a braveheart who sacrificed his/her life in line of duty.

7)In News Paper Today a Term GOLDEN TRIANGLE FOR POPPY CULTIVATION Came :-

So What is Poppy :- It is a Flowering Pant that is the source of Opium drug.

What is Golden Triangle:- It is an area of around 950,000 square kilometres (367,000 sq mi) that overlaps the mountains of three countries of Southeast Asia: Myanmar, Laos and Thailand.
Especially Known for Poppy Cultivation.

The Golden Crescent is the name given to one of Asia's two principal areas of illicit opium production. This space overlaps three nations, Afghanistan, Iran, and Pakistan, whose mountainous peripheries define the crescent.
