Why : As per the NGO : Ideological Reasons.
2)CSIR Pvt. Tech Ltd(CSIRTech), a company affiliated to the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), and primarily formed to commercialise technology developed by the 75-year-old organisation’s 37 labs, has been shut down.
3)Jatra is a Form of Theatre or Melodrama Practiced in West Bengal and Odisha.
4)Uttarakhand to get 2 new Tiger Reserves:----
5)Fewer winter migratory water birds from central and north Asia were sighted at the RoparWetland in Punjab this season, apparently because of increasing human interference.Ropar has been declared a wetland by the Ramsar Convention of Wetlands.
6)China has proposed a “double suspension” formula to defuse the crisis on the Korean Peninsula as part of its new assertive approach to shoulder greater global responsibilities within the framework of the UN.
“As a first step, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) may suspend its nuclear and missile activities in exchange for the suspension of large-scale U.S.- Republic of Korea (ROK) military exercises.
7)CAG Audited the Delhi Discoms(Private) on the invitation of Delhi Govt. but the High Court said that CAG can not audit the Private entities , so an appeal is still pending in the Supreme Court on this issue. The Decision is Pending.

- the Surai Range are the two proposed tiger reserves.
